I can't seem locate specifications listing what "High Risk Medications" apply to this measure

      Details concerning the high risk medications in this measure can be accessed through the Value Set Authority Center (VSAC). A user name and password are required to access the VSAC. These can be obtained through requesting credentials at https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov.

      Once credentials have been obtained, you can access the value set contents in two ways:

      - From the Search Value Sets tab, use the drop down under the CMS eMeasure (NQF Number) label and select CMS156v4. Next click Search to the right of the Query box. The value sets for the measure will then be displayed. To view the value set contents, click on the underlined number in the OID column. To review a prior release's value set, select the preferred version in the Version box. Value sets can be downloaded to an Excel file using the Export Value Set Results link.

      - From the Download tab, select the preferred file type and sort method from the 2014 eCQM Value Sets for Eligible Professionals (EP) row. Prior releases can be accessed by clicking on the arrows next to the publication dates listed below the table.
