    • Thank you for your question. CMS 30 (AMI 10) will resume the use of the LDL-c OID 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.215 with the 2015 eligible hospital annual update.
    • Adds complexity to mapping and inconsistency between concepts.

      CMS105v3 STK6; CMS30v4 AMI10; LDL-C uses LOINC and SNOMED code systems in separate value sets. In the 2014 release for FY 2015 there are 2 value sets for LDL-c:
      LDL-c: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.215 with 6 LOINC codes CMS105v3 (STK 6)
      LDL-c test: 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.799 with 1 SNOMED code CMS30v4 (AMI 10)
      Both measures used 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.215 in the 105v2 and 30v3 verson
