There seems to be a contradiction in the HTML Doc: The exceptions for this include incidence of Diagnosis for Trauma or IV Drug Abuse or Neurological Impairment- within 12 months ( 365 days) prior to
the qualifying Event ( low back pain DX ).

In the html document summary : Denominator Exclusions the reading is 12 months prior to the Event.
But in the detailed Population Criteria the language is ‘<=365 days prior to Measurement Period’ - which is not the same thing.

The first reading – 12 months prior to event- is the logical one – but clarification on these two would be appreciated.
