      2) No, you do NOT have to start DURING but be ACTIVE anytime between January 1 and December 31 in the reporting or measurement year.

      Medication, Active: Anti-Hypertensive Pharmacological Therapy" during "Measurement Period

      Suppose if we start the medication from 15 December 2014, #15 days before of Measurement period(Measurement period is from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014) for #40 days.
      According to the above scenario the medication will be active till 24 January 2014 which falls in Measurement period?.
      1)Will the medication be considered active for the patient during Measurement period according to above scenario?
      OR
      2)We would have to start the medication in measurement period to consider medication active for measurement period?.
      Please let us know how should be proceed with the above condition.
