Regarding 1) The value sets from prior versions and very helpful separate downloads of change logs between versions and retained legacy codes are all on the VSAC website. If you are looking for a prior version, please click on the arrow next to the publication date you need and you will find the same set of downloads. The change log may be very helpful as you go through the transition.

In regards to 2) Certification to the 2014 version is not required, but you may attest to the 2014 version. CMS and ONC do not advise reporters on which version is a better option; however, you may know that both options are available for the EHR Incentive Program.

I am not sure if this should be put under Cypress or CQM, so putting it under both -

We certified on the June 2013 version of the EH CQMs last year and we have customers who want to attest in the next 2 quarters.
Since the next version of Cypress (with April 2014) updates is not going to be ready till Oct-Nov 2014, we can't get re-certified till that time frame.

      1) Should we then advise our customers to use the June 2013 version of our product to attest? The only downside is that there are so many logic/value set issues with those so the attestation counts could be wrong.

Also, I think the NLM/VSAC is only showing the latest versions of OIDs which could mean that somebody debugging an older version may run into problems.

      or

      2) Can they go ahead and use the April 2014 version of our product? The downside is that our customers can't be 100% sure that each piece of the calculation is working since this version is not certified.

Which is the more acceptable solution from a CMS perspective? This is URGENT and preventing customers from being able to attest in the next 1-2 fiscal quarters.
