Our current vendor is not able to allow us to create and report the CQMs for 2014. They are also stating that they are awaiting CMS approval for some of the CQMs as they are not certified in all of them - 0022, 0028, 0041, 0043, 0059, 0062, 0064, 0419, 0421. This is our 1st yr of Stage 2 so we realize that we only need to report quarters 1,2, or 3. Can we apply for an exception now based on vendor certification issues and delays so that we do not get penalized in 2016.
