    • High - will not be able to use the multi-dose immunizaion (Pentacel) due to CVX code 120 not included in the Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV) value set.

      NQF0038 - CVX code 120 not included in Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV) value set. Providers who administer Pentacel will not be included in the numerator due to the missing CVX code 120.

      CVX code 120 = DTaP, Hib, IPV

      Provide CVX code 120 in Inactivated Polio Vaccine (IPV) value set so multi-does immunizations can be used.
