CMS832 was revised by removing 'not null' logic from some definitions to resolve 99% coverage issue due to inability to test 'not null' in Bonnie. These definitions now show as covered, but Bonnie is now showing unexpected non-coverage area elsewhere:

The only items not in green within Bonnie are two 'union' operators - See screen shot. We assume this is causing the 99% only coverage, but there are test cases that cover the two denominator exclusions that are attached to the 'union' operaters:

We do not understand why these are not covered, please assist. Thank you.
