CMS108 measure can not be reach to 100% coverage. With a closer look at the highlights, I notice that beside the aliases (which is assumedly okay), there are 2 union statements are unhighlighted in the definition of “SCIP VTE selected Surgery”.  But we've already had the following test cases covering them though. Please see attached screenshots for details.

• DENEXPass SCIP_NeuroRank1_ProRvltDTDuringEnc
• DENEXPass SCIP_HipFxRank1

Same issue occurs in CMS190 as well. Is there anything I missed?
