      Our understanding of the coverage calculation is that it should cover all lines of logic (cover all value sets) to achieve 100% coverage - and should perform the same between QDM and FHIR.

      For CMS133FHIR in MADiE - the coverage is at 100%, but as you can see below there are lines of logic that are not covered in the test cases, but is still calculating at 100%. 

       

      In Bonnie QDM, you can see that each line of logic and value set are covered to reach 100% coverage.

       

      Is there something causing MADiE coverage calculation to be different? Is the coverage calculation performing correctly in MADiE?
