    • Lab results with greater than or less than symbol ('>500' for example) are not getting used in hybrid measure evaluation, and results in 'missing' data elements. This leads to inaccurate results.

Occasionally hospitals that we work with have lab results that use '<' or '>'.  These labs are not used in the hybrid results.  We also do not have a way to put that data into a QRDA for submissions.  This leads to inaccurate results.

Is there any further guidance that can be given regarding this issue as we prepare for hybrid submissions?
