Our vendor uses the same parameters for the Hybrid measures as are used for eCQM generation.  For eCQM populations, we exclude rehab and psych patients in those parameters.  We realize the hybrid measures are different from the eCQMs.  Having said that, should we mirror our eCQM populations for the hybrid measures or should we INCLUDE those patient types to make sure we meet our 90% compliance?  Please advise.
