NQF389 CMS129 Cypress patient does not contain all data needed to calculate. We are running into the same issue for CMS129 where they test deck isn’t generating an entire section that we are expecting. This was reported in 2013 and was resolved in version 2.3 and was fixed when we did our certification. Perhaps they broke it again in version 3.2 since this section is missing from the files we received.
