Agenda:
In the first Wed Meeting, we would like to cover the relatively minor changes that we added for the Jan Connectathon.  We would like to fold these into a change proposal for IHE, for rapid resolution.  We would also like to decide on a GitHub location, and discuss Wiki editing logistics.  If time permits, we would also like to begin the discussion on SDC Phase III (Rules).  This meeting would last for one hour, but could be open-ended for those who can stay later.

IHE SDC All Hands Meeting (Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm ET)

Covering SDC use cases, testing, policy, documentation, IHE processes, liaisons, etc. The base meeting will be one hour, but we may stay longer if people are available.

Agenda:
For the first Thurs Meeting, we would like to summarize the Wed technical meeting, and possibly give a very brief introduction to some of the proposals for a REST-based transmission model, and the REST use cases we need to support. We would then like to ask the attendees to suggest both simple and complex use cases for form rules and layouts, including clinical medicine, research, clinical trials, genomics, quality and safety reporting, MIPS reporting, clinical guidelines. The form rules should be specific for controlling the interaction between the user and the form, and can include skip logic, external lookups to fill form fields and guide the user, calculations, form injection, submission and authentication control. Future meetings will continue this thread and also contain SDC XML design sessions where we attempt to implement to rules in the draft Phase III model. This will involve manual creation of small parts of XML forms with rules. The meeting should be limited to an hour, but may occasionally go longer for XML modeling sessions, if enough users can stay on.
