 Description

One of the hospitals in our system is scheduled to transition to EPIC between Q1 and Q2 of 2025. I understand that this scenario may qualify for the Extraordinary Circumstances Exceptions (ECE) Policy. However, if the hospital prefers not to utilize one of its ECE years, are there alternative options we can explore to submit eCQM data for CY 2025?

It is possible for submitting; what process should the hospital follow with their EHR vendor?
