 Description

Hello MADiE Team,

After exporting CMS130 and CMS146 QDM measures from MADiE, the stratification field header content are missing from the exports. I have attached the zip files and included a screenshot of the missing field below.

Thank you,
Nayaab

Hello swshah,

The MADiE Known Issues document was updated yesterday to include the following information as a result of the stratification issue identified in those two tickets, which appears to be the same issue you reported in this ticket.

When updating Stratification definitions (the narrative) after transferring a measure from MAT to MADiE, users may receive the following error message.
"QDM group stratifications cannot be associated."

Workaround: Delete the Stratification groups and rebuild in MADiE.

BONNIEMAT-1933 BONNIEMAT-1894

Thank you

Hi Heather,

I agree that this issue is a duplicate of the issue presented in (BONNIEMAT-1894 and BONNIEMAT-1933).

  1. This measure was last transferred from MAT to MADiE after the 1.4.1 release.
  2. The stratification descriptions exists in the MAT under "Measure Details" --> "Stratification", but does not display in MADiE after the transfer.
  3. The stratification descriptions are missing from both the UI and the HR header section. Stratification content looks fine in the Population Criteria and Definitions sections.
  4. Yes, I am able to manually edit the stratification. However, I receive that random error message which results in unnecessary extra steps to resolve (described in my previous comment). With the manual update of the stratification content, the header is showing appropriately.

Let me know if there is more information I can provide.

Thanks!

Sweta

Hi Sweta,

We originally identified this ticket as a duplicate of BONNIEMAT-1865, but I'd like to confirm the issue as this may be a duplicate of one of a couple of other tickets we have had for stratifications (BONNIEMAT-1894 and BONNIEMAT-1933).

Please confirm the following:

When was this measure last transferred from MAT to MADiE-was it after the 1.4.1 release or prior to that?

Is the issue that the stratification descriptions existed in the MAT but don't display in MADiE after the transfer?

Are the stratification descriptions missing from the UI, the HR header section, or both? What content are you wanting to display for the stratifications, both the UI and in the HR header? I can see stratification content in the HR Population Criteria and Definitions sections.

Are you trying to edit the stratifications in MADiE and are unable to save those edits? Your most recent comment mentioned saving edits, but I am currently not seeing descriptions in the UI for the 'Stratification 1' and 'Stratification 2' description fields in MADiE.

Thank you for the additional information/clarifications.

Hello, it seems that this issue was not resolved with the new release 1.4.1. I had to manually input the stratification description for each population criteria for it to show up in the header.

I also needed to take the following steps for the changes to save:

  1. Under 'Stratification', select "-" from the drop down for all stratifications
  2. Save
  3. Re-select 'Stratification 1", "Stratification 2", etc. from the drop down
  4. Manually fill in the 'Stratification 1 Description' and 'Stratification 2 Description'
  5. Save again

The outcome is the following:

Thank you.
