 Description

For clauses like:

"Intervention, Order: Above Normal Follow-up" <= 6 month(s) starts before or during "Occurrence A of Encounter, Performed: BMI Encounter Code Set"

Which dates should be compared to determine if the date difference is "<= 6 month(s)"? Should the start date of the left data criteria be compared to the start date of the right data criteria? Or should the start date of the left data criteria be compared to the end date of the right data criteria?

Will the next release of Cypress implement the approach in the Solution? From what I've seen, Cypress 2.2.0 maps "starts before or during" to "starts before end of", calling the SBE function to perform the calculation. In doing so, it processes "A <= 6 months starts before or during B" by checking for A to start sometime between (a) 6 months before the end of B and (b) the end of B.
