As specified in the Guidance section, "For accountability reporting in the CMS MIPS program, the rate for population 2 is used for performance." |

I would like to clarify - if an EHR Vendor has three populations under this measure (population 1, 2 & 3)- are they to use Population 2 for the performance rate? In the past we did a weighted average. In muy experience, Population 2 has always been the lowest performance. |
