 Description

In the narrative section of this measure, it states "Exclude patients diagnosed with narcolepsy at any point in their history or during the measurement period."

However, in the next section, it is stated "OR: "Diagnosis, Active: Narcolepsy" starts before start of "Measurement Period"

Should a patient be excluded if they are diagnosed with narcolepsy during the measurement period but it was not active prior to the start of the measurement period?

Thank you.

Does this mean that the specs will be changed to reflect that fact? Right now the specs look at the patient's entire history.
