I'm trying to submit QRDA Cat 1 files to CMS QualityNet (https://hqr.cms.gov/hqrng).

I always get back error CMS_0073, or sometimes no responses at all.

I have attached a simple test QRDA Cat 1 file with dummy data derived from a Cypress test patient. It is for quality measure CMS 111 for Q1 2021 with CCN and NPI for Evergreen Healthcare Monroe, The file passes validation with the CMS Schematron and works fine with Cypress, but generates CMS_0073 when submitted to QualityNet test environment. Help would be greatly appreciated.
