    • The current set-up of our EMR is at an individual, not group level.

      Our ACO has a number of TINs and some of those TINs are on separate EMR systems.  Will the expectation from CMS be to submit quality data at the TIN level (a single QRDA III file per TIN) or to submit quality data at the ACO level (a single QRDA III file per ACO) meaning we would need to aggregate quality data across EMRs?
