We are using Hl7 STU 5.2 Errata for 2021 analysis. Page #549 in the guide mentions UnitsOfMeasureCaseSensitive table to validate unit of measure. We would like to know, if we should restrict printing unit for type PQ if it doesn't match case?

For example, CMS145 one of the criteria mentions as unit "

{Beats}/min". Does that mean we should print unit only if it meets the case criteria as well? If user has documented variations like "{beats}/min" or "{Beats}

/Min", should be not print that for unit tag?
