If time is not captured in the system for few of the data points,

1) Can we print effectiveTime in YYYMMDD format without time at all?
2) Can we print effectiveTime in YYYMMDD000000 format appending 000000 time by default if it is not captured for given data point?
3) Will there be any issue if one template is printed in lets say "YYYYMMDD" format and another one in "YYYYMMDDHHMMSS" (Actual time if it is present) in generated QRDA1 file? Does QRDA1 accepts multiple datetime format in one single file?
