Please provide your feedback on eCQMs not eligible for telehealth encounters 

If the encounter is having the telehelth modifiers plus Denominator Exclusion or Exception Data then should it be not considered for Denominator Exclusion or Denominator Exception for example below 2 eCQMs –

CMS69v8 : Preventive Care and Screening: Body Mass Index (BMI) Screening and Follow-Up Plan

Denominator Exclusions
"Patient Has Order for or Receiving Hospice Care or Palliative Care"
or exists "Pregnancy at Any Time During the Measurement Period"

Denominator Exceptions
exists "Medical Reason for Not Documenting a Follow Up Plan for Low or High BMI"
or exists "Medical Reason or Patient Reason for Not Performing BMI Exam"

CMS22 : Preventive Care and Screening: Screening for High Blood Pressure and Follow-Up Documented

Denominator Exclusions :
Patient has an active diagnosis of hypertension

Denominator Exceptions :
Patient Reason(s):
Patient refuses to participate (either BP measurement or follow-up)

OR

Medical Reason(s):
Patient is in an urgent or emergent medical situation where time is of the essence and to delay treatment would jeopardize the patient's health status. This may include but is not limited to severely elevated BP when immediate medical treatment is indicated.
