We are using STU Release 5.2 June 2020 Errata to analyze 2021 requirements for QRDA1. We are not able to find <qualifier> attribute for tele health visit in the guide under Encounter Performed section. We would like to know if the requirement is not part of 2021 MP or is there any other guidance or document available for 2021 format if its still supported.
