I am reaching out with high hopes as most of our concerns get addressed on this platform.

We have implemented the QRDA-III standard file as per the standards defined in the 2020 CMS QRDA III Implementation Guide and Sample File. But, when we upload our data on QPP for the 2020 MIPS Data Submission, what the error report states is as follow:

The file is not a QRDA-III XML document. Please ensure that the submission complies with the 2020 implementation guide. https://ecqi.healthit.gov/sites/default/files/2020-CMS-QRDA-III-Eligible-Clinicians-and-EP-IG-v1.1-508.pdf#page=19 - 

I have compared it with the sample file and referred to 2020 IG to update our file as per the instructions of the 2020 Implementation Guide but still, I think we are missing something that doesn't allow us to upload the data successfully. Therefore, I want to request if there is any way you can help us out either by reviewing our file or guide us to verify it in some other way that can figure out the exact error. We will highly appreciate it.
