Our test submission of the QRDA-I file comes back from CMS with every file being rejected with a reason of "ERROR: The document does not conform to QRDA document formats accepted by CMS (CONF:CMS_0073)."  Note:  every files passes when doing a test submission on TJC platform.

Today an email came from CMS with a reference to QRDA 1 conformance statements.  When I reference this error in that document, it states that the QRDA must have all 4 required header template IDs and extensions....which they do. 

Then there was another link to this site and I searched for this error number and found one case logged where the high value did not have a leading zero on the month.  I checked our QRDA files and they do not have this issue. 

So I am reaching out to see what else I can do to resolve the error.  Thank you!
