Hi Team,
Is it mandatory to have diagnosis Endate in QRDA CAT1 file to pass the measure in QNet testing.
We did the test submission in QNet portal for 2019 reporting year EH measures and generated the Performance Summary Feedback report.
Below node is from PC-01 measure and without diagnosis Endate ( <high nullFlavor="UNK" /> ) measure is failing (Denominator exclusion condition). Please clarify.
