As per 2019 requirement for QRDA1, statusCode is removed from Reason tag. Cypress Validator gives an error when such a XML file is uploaded. Error details in description.

      The referenced error is for conformance number 3343-13241, which applies to the Medication Administered (V4) template, not the Reason template that is contained via an entryRelationship. Medication Administered (V4) still requires statusCode with @code.

      As per 2019 requirement for QRDA1, statusCode is removed from Reason tag. Cypress Validator gives an error when such a XML file is uploaded.

      Error Description - This statusCode SHALL contain exactly one [1..1] @code="completed" (CodeSystem: HL7ActStatus urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.5.14) (CONF:3343-13241).
