We are a certified EHR vendor who will generate and submit QRDA cat 1 and 3 files for eligible clinicians and hospitals. In the past we have been putting our vendor information in the custodian section since we are the ones generating and submitting the QRDA files on behalf of our clients, but based on the table in the attachment we should be putting the hospital's information here. We haven't gotten any negative feedback in the past but should we be putting the client's info instead of the vendor info here instead?
