Report Mismatch for CMS9

    • The result gestational age in the assessment performed template need to be in a Result template as an entryRelationship. Once the file is update to have the result value at the correct XPath level, the file returns a result of "Numerator".

      While submitting QRDA-1 file, one of the patient has been disqualified for CMS9 reporting due to not meeting with the IPP requirement, but the same patient is qualifying for Numerator in our eCQM summary report. Kindly look into this issue for further clarification and also please find the sample QRDA file for your perusal. Thanks.
