When recording the units for a value on EH QRDA 1 files when xsi:type="PQ", should the CDA_SDTC.xsd or EH CMS 2018 QRDA Category 1.sch be checking whether the unit is from value set UnitsOfMeasureCaseSensitive urn:oid:2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.12839? We are getting some files rejected during test submissions due to invalid units. For example, some files had units "Deg C" for degrees Celsius or "mm Hg" for millimeters of mercury. If we remove the empty space from those two units ("DegC" and "mmHG") the file will pass all schematron validations, but entering in those units on the UCUM validator it will say that the unit "is not a valid UCUM code. No alternatives were found." "DegC" and "mmHG" are also not apart of value set 2.16.840.1.113883.1.11.12839. The correct values in the value set are "Cel" and "mm[Hg]".

Even though the files are passing validation with "DegC" and "mmHG", will CMS/TJC count these values towards measure calculations since they're not apart of the value set, or do we need to have "Cel" and "mm[Hg]?
