In the measures for 2018 reporting period, if a code is found in multiple valuesets say,
177142005 (code present in 3 valuesets 2.16.840.1.113762.1.4.1045.59 and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.282 and 2.16.840.1.113883.3.117.1.7.1.421) used in CMS 113, we had three entries of Procedure Performed written into the QRDA I file if the patient was satisfying the Numerator Criteria.
In the CQL-based measures for CY 2019 reporting, stdc:valueset is removed from the QRDA I file as per the Implementation guide. I have attached the QRDA I file generated with this implementation for CMS 113 (Scenario mentioned above). We still are writing three Procedure Performed elements (which look alike except for the <id root..> tag. Should we restrict to writing only one element? Or is it allright to write duplicates as in QRDA file?
Kindly Clarify.
