QRDA III not failing on cypress even if reporting parameter section is available

      • CMS have released latest QRDA III implementation guide on 27 July2018.
      • In that they said, Structure body should not contain 'Reporting parameter section'.
      • We have 'Reporting parameter section' inside structure body in our QRDA III report still it is not failing on cypress validation utility. Attached file with name 'QRDA Category III - MIPS Group Report, TIN 111222333, 8-10-2018_ChangedPassing'.
      • We are worrying about it is passing currently but it should not fail in future.

      Our Questions are :
      1. Whether we have to remove 'reporting parameter section' or keep it as it is?
      2. Is it correct behavior of cypress or Whether change given by CMS is not implemented yet?
