I am working on Hybrid HWR data project at VUMC, and especially on making QRDA category I file, i.e. Quality Reporting Document Architecture - Category I (QRDA I).
Could anyone here help me find out a sample xml file containing 13 core clinical data elements in correct hybrid HWR QRDA I format ?

From the web search, I found two QRDA I like files,

But I don’t think that either one is the real Hybrid HWR QRDA I file which is ready/valid to QualityNet.
