We are trying to generate QRDA III files for our users for CPC+ attestation. We are trying to validate those using the QPP testing tool (https://github.com/CMSgov/qpp-conversion-tool) but we keep getting several errors. The sample file we got from the eCQI website fails with the same validation errors as does the sample file included with the QPP testing tool itself. I'm attaching the sample file we generated along with the JSON containing the errors. Would you be able to help us figure out what is wrong with the file? Thanks!
