"This patient meets Denominator Exclusion for both STK-2 and STK-6. Due to it meeting the Denominator Exclusion it will not be evaluated for Denominator Exception.
The criteria is different for STK-5 and that is why the patient did not meet Denominator Exclusion and then meet requirement for Denominator Exception."

We are facing an issue with the CMS final submission report where there is a variation in the results generated. Some of the patients are not being considered for Denominator, Exception criteria for CMS72v5 and CMS105v5. Please find the XML attachment and screen shots of report variation for your perusal.
