    • A column "Examples/Mappings" is added to the attached document "Non_CDA_Template_eamples.xlsx", which contains example/mapping information for each data element, please see the attachment for detail.

      There are no sample examples of the attached data elements neither in xml's nor in CDAR2_QRDA_DSTUR2_2012JUL.docx.We need teh sample for creating the xml's as otherwise we are not sure what element and attributes they will need.Please provide this info at the earliest.
