We are working on generating the QRDA I files for 2017 Reporting Period EH eCQMs. We ran into error "ERROR: The Version Specific Measure Identifier is not valid for the current program year (CONF:CMS_0074)." for the patients with STK measures. I checked the measure version, measure ids and set ids and they all look correct for 2017 Reporting Period. I listed the version and ids for all the STK measures in stk_measures.PNG.

I noticed that the qrda files for the patients without stroke measures passed the CMS pre-submission test, but thefiles for the patients with stroke measures failed. I attached the screenshot of one stroke measure entry in our qrda files.

**The patients with stroke measure means they are in the population of the stroke measure.
