We need this to be clarified so that our system can be coded and designed correctly.

      In the 2017 CMS IG there are 4 CQMs ( 74, 153, 155, 137) that have strata related to either multiple numerators and/or denominators which do not contain UUIDs. How should this be handled as we are currently designing our production environment.

      Additionally, please provide a sample QRDA III file for each of the CQMs noted above so that it can be utilized for production design.
