During the Cypress 3.1.0 Sampling C1+C3 testing we have all our data passing except for one part. Attaching screenshots to display that it looks like our XML should be passing but it doesn't. Something is missing and we can't find any documentation detailing how the diagnosis attribute should show up in the encounter performed. We have other samples with the principal diagnosis and that works just fine but not one without the principal.
