The 2017 CMS QRDA I sample xml file available from the following link (2017 CMS QRDA I Schematrons, and Sample Files for Hospital Quality Reporting https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Legislation/EHRIncentivePrograms/Downloads/eCQM_2017SchematronsSampleFilesHospital.zip ) at the following page - https://ecqi.healthit.gov/qrda - seems outdated. It is using the old (prior to QRDA R3.1) diagnosis QDM element which refers to Diagnosis Active, Inactive, Resolved. In QRDA R3.1 specification and eCQMs for CY2017 reporting, the Diagnosis element has been updated to refer to only Diagnosis and the Active, Resolved, Inactive components are removed. I also do not see the Encounter, Performed example showing a diagnosis. Seems the sample file has not been updated. I have attached the sample file for reference.

Requesting CMS to please provide an updated sample file.
