Improve the way gestational age is modeled

      There isn’t a clear way to represent gestational age within the QDM that aligns with representing gestational age within the HQMF and QRDA Cat 1.

      In the QRDA specification, there is a defined template for this piece of data that has both a specified code indicating that the data given is a “length of gestation” and a value with a unit (like <value value=”37” unit=”w”> would mean gestational age was 37 weeks). In the HQMF, the measure specifies a particular set of codes, which belong to value sets (e.g. “Gestational Age <37 weeks”) that contain many possible codes representing different gestational ages. Since there is not a straightforward one-to-one relationship between the values represented in QRDA and the codes represented in the HQMF, how do we reconcile the difference between the two requirements?
