Implementation of 85-Day Deactivation Policy
The ONC Jira Core and Confluence support team will soon implement an account deactivation policy for all users who have not logged into the systems within the previous 85-days or more. To avoid the risk of having your account being deactivated, please immediately log into ONC Jira Core and Confluence as soon as possible. Deactivated accounts will be retained, including historic activity. Users are able to reactivate their accounts using the correct credentials used prior to deactivation.

Hi,
For CMS-161 patient has duplicate encounter tag in input QRDA file for
ICD-9-PCS 89.03 CPT 99214 SNOMED-CT 390906007.

Due to this while generating QRDA 1 for c1 & c3, patient contains two encounters, whereas Cypress is looking for only one encounter in the file.

I have attached the Cypress File for the patient with screenshot.
