Need guidance on all the validation tools available for the QRDA-III file that an EP would submit through direct EHR submission for MIPS quality category. We had a problem in 2016 when an EP submitted a QRDA-III file for PQRS reporting.. It passed validation on the Cyprus tool , as well as validation at Quality Net, but failed when CMS ran it through its measure enginge or edit checks, which ultimately was an issue on how we were pulling the data in. We want to make sure we can avoid this in the future. Is there any validation that our files could be run through to validate the content , not the format of the QRDA-III file? We are looking to have to run through the same type of edits that it would go through when it hits CMS and they validate the file. Thank you.
