Error code PQRS_10700 when trying to submit PQRS on our mid-levels

      Every time we try to run our mid-levels through the submission validation tool on Quality Net we receive a PQRS_10700 error code on Line 2. It happens on every single on of them, every single time, no matter what our EHR vendor does to try to correct the problem. Our Physicians went through with out any problems. Any suggestions?
