    • Correct the high element in effectiveTime to have a value with a date and time

      I continue to receive the CMS_0072 error code despite the upgrades to our scorecard that were done to address this error code. Could you please tell me why we continue to receive this code so I may share with our developers? I've attached the sample file for your review.
