Earlier MUEP 2015 CQMs QRDA III validation was successful on SEVT, however today (20Dec) validation failed on latest version.

Could you please provide the documentation of changes done to the SEVT?

QRDA III file has been attached for reference.

As per attached screenshot, earlier 2 encounter tags were created, as per changes done to the SEVT only 1 tag is getting generated, just want to understand about the changes done to SEVT. Please provide documentation for the same.
