QRDA file validates in PSVA tool but fails in CMS test system

      Did a test submission thru the PSVA tool and also sent to CMS. The tool shows that 36 files were validated and successfully processed to CMS.
      However we then received the email below stating that only 5 files were accepted by CMS

      The QRDA file(s) uploaded for Hospital eCQM Reporting have been processed.
      The number of files that have been accepted and/or rejected for the batch ID submitted is identified below:
