      Our Test QRDA file was submitted and now we are getting ERROR: The document does not conform to QRDA document formats accepted by CMS. Please see attachment for full error. Per vendor McKesson : We've received a couple of these issues and have been able to open the QRDA files successfully and cannot see anything wrong with the files. It is recommended that you open a JIRA ticket with CMS regarding the error that occurred.
